2023 FALL WOMEN’S RETREAT
October 13-14
This year’s theme is: Let your Joy be the Joy that comes from Hope to receive all of the gifts of Grace. It is now time to start or continue reconnecting and renewing old and new friendships. The retreat will be held at the Transfiguration Spirituality Center, 495 Albion Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45246. The Center does provide bedding and towels, private rooms and shared baths. This year’s facilitator will be Maxine Shonk, OP.
If you would like to come early, to settle in, rest, walk, journal, read, etc. you may bring a brown bagged lunch. On Friday evening, the full retreat will start with dinner and fellowship beginning at 6pm.
The cost of the retreat is $60, plus the cost of food. If you would like to go but the cost is not in your budget, an anonymous donor has offered to pay for 1 room. Please plan on bringing your own breakfast, such as bagels, cereal, microwavable bacon and eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc. We have a fully stocked kitchen for your use. We will cater in our meals for Friday’s dinner and Saturday’s lunch.
